Industries reserves the right to ship over/under run on all
orders as follows:
Orders Less Than 250 units subject to 10% over/under run.
Orders Greater Than 250 units subject to 5% over/under run.

In
the event you cancel your order, HANSON INDUSTRIES, LLC shall
charge a 25% order cancellation charge. If your credit card
has already been charged for the purchase and your order
is canceled, HANSON INDUSTRIES, LLC will issue a credit to
your credit card account in the amount of the charge less
25%.

Card. When your order is placed your card is charged. There is
no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with
HANSON INDUSTRIES, LLC. Please be sure to provide your exact
billing address and telephone number-the address and phone number
your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information
may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card
will be billed upon placement of your order.

Taxes
HANSON
INDUSTRIES, LLC shall automatically charge and withhold the
applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses
within Minnesota. Each customer shall be responsible for
all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any
other state or country.
Manufacturer's
Warranty
All
returns and replacements occurring after 30 days from the
invoice date must be made directly with the manufacturer.
Manufacturer's warranties vary on each product. Extended
warranties are available directly from select manufacturers.
Manufacturer information is subject to change without notice.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to Products Sold
All of HANSON INDUSTRIES, LLC products are guaranteed against
defects for 30 days from the date of the invoice.
